I’m just trying to find out if anyone else has had a similar reaction or might know what could be causing this? I have searched online for weeks about this and can’t find anything except others saying they also had a stiff neck from it. The swelling is caused by a certain type of white. They contain white blood cells that help to fight against infection. Lymph nodes, also known as lymph glands, are pea-sized lumps of tissue found throughout the body. You’ll feel 2 small nodes in front of each ear. The most common symptom of non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a painless swelling in a lymph node, usually in the neck, armpit or groin. Use 2 or 3 fingers to gently rub the area in front of your ears, just above your jaw. The lymph nodes in your head and neck are the easiest to find, especially if you don’t have any medical training. The doctor that prescribes it to me doesn’t think it’s related to the ozempic, but I am convinced it is. Rub the lymph nodes in front of your ear. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Other than this issue ozempic has been great for me. I’m not trying to scare anyone with my post either. They aren’t huge, you have to feel around to find them but they are a little smaller than a pea. After losing a good amount of weight (lost 40 pounds before ozempic and then another 40 with it), I was rubbing the back of my neck and felt that my lymph nodes were swollen. The nodes will gradually shrink back to their normal size. These infections can take 10 to 14 days to resolve. The most common cause of lymph node swelling in your neck is an upper respiratory infection. But I did see that a decent amount of others had muscle pain so I wasn’t very concerned. They’ll evaluate your swollen lymph nodes for: Size. As soon as I started taking ozempic I felt like I had a stiff neck.
